We offer a full range of measurement techniques from non-contact optical comparator inspection to programmable CMM measurements, assuring the dimensional and aesthetic evaluation of a project at all stages of the manufacturing process.  We establish schedules and perform calibrations on quality measurement devices and functional gaging, whether customer supplied or internally designed and built, which, along with our ability to provide process capability studies, insures our products are consistently manufactured to our customers’ specific requirements.

We pride ourselves on keeping our capabilities flexible and customizable to our customers’ needs.  We utilize critical characteristic identification and applicable GD&T analysis to establish full layout first articles and a subsequent control plan strategy for the production life cycle.  More complex Gage R&R, FMEA, Measurement Systems Analysis, and SPC requirements, as well as 8D Root Cause Analysis, are employed for effective corrective actions to non-conformances.

From incoming material and revision controlled receiving inspection to our regularly scheduled process audits, we make quality at every stage of the project a paramount priority to insure that we consistently provide the on-time delivery and dependable value our customers have grown to expect from our partnerships.
