With hydraulic presses of up to 600 tons with a maximum effective working envelope of 4 feet by 4 feet, we are able to draw form parts up to 10 inches in depth. With the use of 3D CAD modeling software and 3D die design software with die simulation, we are able to more accurately predict the material usage and determine the optimal tooling design to develop a part that meets our customer’s unique print specifications. Our in-house tool and die shop builds each tool to fit our customer’s specific project needs using CNC technology to insure accuracy and repeatability.

With years of deep draw forming experience, we understand the intricacies of this style of production and are prepared to tackle the unique circumstances and meet the requirements of each project.
